O2 bill

Hi :

I would like to sincerly appreciate ur attention. I have a contract with O2 dor my mobile phone , based on my contract if I am outside of Germany I have to pay 2€ per day for internet usage. But in my latest bill I recieved 50€ only for One day internat and it clear mention Daily Pack 50 €. I coulnd't find nor Phone number Neither email address. Would u please help me to find out at least where should I contact.

Btw, i already mailed to : vertragskunden-kontakt@cc.o2online.de

But I recieved an automate reply which Indicate i have to go for FAQ.

Its seriously confusing.
