Mobile contract

Hello,
I have a mobile contract with o2, 30 euros are supposed to be deducted every month, however during the months of February and March the amount was not deducted. It states on my o2 account that I have a negative mobile bill of 72 euros. I do not understand what’s wrong. I’ve been trying to contact o2’s customer service but no one is answering me
