I already have an O2 phone number/SIM card. Can I keep the same number if I order a phone and new contract?

 

Ich habe eine O2 Rufnummer / SIM-Karte. Kann ich die gleiche Nummer, wenn ich bestelle ein Telefon und neuer Vertrag?

If you order a NEW (this means: an additional) contract , you can't transfer the old number to the new contract, because it's not possible to transfer numbers between contracts within one provider.

But under certain circumstances you can principally prolong your contract and hereby keep your number.
At the same time you can order a new mobile and profit from better conditions in the contract. But you have to order all in one.
