iPhone XR dual sim not receiving SMS

Hello

Sorry for writing in English. If there is an English-only forum, please let me know and I'll move my post there.

I purchased an iPhone XR and have my O2 number as my eSIM. I can make and receive calls with this number but cannot receive any SMS.

The other number on the physical SIM can make and receive calls, and receive and send SMS.

Any idea would be ver welcome.

Thanks Jan. In the end I went back to the shop and the o2 Guru helped me! All working now!

    Hi @Nico-calt,

    welcome to the o2 community! 🙂

    You can switch the priority of your Multicards/SIM cards in Mein o2 or the Mein o2 app, that way you can turn the eSIM into the card that receives text posts.
