First of all, welcome to our forum. Nice that you have found the way to us. :-)

I took look on your record for you, what the availability at your home address looks like.
There is no LTE reception at your home address but only 2 and 3G. At the moment the reception is not jammed, but tomorrow there is work on one base station.
We can not increase the signal strength or speed for you, this requires a network expansion.
