my internet speed was good in the afternoon but now its too slow i reseted my network setting and phone setting but nothing happen the speed is around 4.5 kb and i cant open any webpage

1.) What is the type of internet connection? 2G, 3G?
2.) Maybe you've exceeded your traffic limit (in this case the speed will be limited to 32kbs / 64kbs, in depence of your tariff and contract)
Did you receive a SMS from o2, something like this "Sie haben Ihr Inklusivvolumen verbraucht. Sie surfen ab sofort bis zum xx.xx.xxxx mit weniger als 1% der verfügbaren Geschwindigkeit." ?
