Internet access suddenly does not work

I am using my prepaid L, but I cannot access internet since this morning.
Data capacity is ４GB now, so that I still have 1GB. Phone call is possible. My handy shows good connection of LTE, but access is not possible. I can access internet via WIFI. And also, my wife using same prepaid plan can access.
I believe it is my account problem.

    Your account looks fine, our net also seems to work fine at your address. Do you still have problems in using the internet?
