How to contact o2 customer care via email? Can anyone tell me (PREPAID)

      Hi!

      There is no contact by e-mail for customer service. But you can get help here.

        If I call c.care number then they speak in German. How someone can speak with c.care if they don't speak in German.
        No simple email address to contact them.

        You can also tell your problem here and we‘ll try and help you. For problems that can only be solved by o2 there are o2_moderators here in the forum.
