HELP my money is missing

I have 15 € and it is disappear. First i think it is because package. But i dont have minutes, mb, sms. and balance only 0.01 €

What's happened

PLEASE! I call service and nobody speak ENGLISH? ??!!!!!

Hi AnaLuci, 

the smart l option has been activated on January 5th, which you accidentally deactivated. It has been reactivated again today. 

 

the smart l option includes 500 MB data volume, a flat for calls within the o2 network, 200 free minutes & 200 free text messages within Germany.

It seem that a special smartphone plan or data plan that costs 14,99€ has been activated on your prepaid card. So each month, if the credit balance is enough, there will be 14,99€ chard to continue this smartphone plan or data plan.

I'm sure a board moderator can help you to cancel this plan. 😉
