Einmalgebühren for Umzug DSL-Anschluss

Dear Sir,

I moved my router to the new address on 20.02.2019. And I just received the bill for Feb. which I was charged 42 euro for Einmalgebühren for Umzug DSL-Anschluss!!! I have no idea where did this money come from and I have never been informed that this money ( move the DSL router) will be charged??? Could you please explain it to me and I am asking for the refund. Thank you.

Hi,

you will find the price list for service charges here:

If you ask for a move you have two options to go:

The first one is to extent the contract for another 2 years. Then the service charge is waived.

The second one is to let the contract run as it is. But therefore you have to pay the fee. It can't be refunded because we have to pay the technician with it. It is an outsourced service.

Maybe next time you join the community to ask for those details?
