Contract Termination from Abroad

Hello There,

 

I have to move back to my home country due to some personal emergncy and I was looking to transfer my contract to my friend in Germany. I did the process while I was in Germany but there is no update about the transfer of ownership. Moreover I am looking to terminate the contract now. Also I am looking for a early closure as the direct debit of my bill will be on 15th of every month.
