Contract problem

Dear All,

I am a temporary worker here at the Max planck institute in Cologne and don't speak german. I am really sorry for that. A few days ago I went to an O2 shop in Cologne and the employee gave me a contract wrote down on it that I would pay 29.99 and just once 39.00. This contract would include according to him 2 extra SIM cards. I have a picture of what he explained to me as it is attached to my contract. I received a notion from O2 that I would have pay the first month 120 euro. When I checked I am listed now with three contracts. As I don't read German properly, I trusted upon the person in the store. I contacted O2 about this and they told me to go back to the store where the employee insisted (now unfriendly) that I would still have to pay just 29,99 for all the sim cards. I called once again to O2 and they pointed me to kundenbetreuung of telefonica which when you go there online will point you back to O2. I have no idea how to procede anymore as the person in the shop insists on his story which is different from O2 and I am being send in circles. Does any body have an idea what to do.

thanks for your message. I regret that obviously it came to some sort of misunderstanding in the shop.

Unfortunately, you do not have a withdrawal period of 14 days in the shop.

Did you not get all details in written form that you signed?

Unfortunately, I cannot give you any solution in this case. We definitely need a withdrawal confirmation from the shop in order to cancel your contracts.

You only have the possibility to cancel your contracts after 24 months.

Thanks for your answer. No as I don't properly read German I did not get all the details. However, I repeatedly asked whether all those sim cards would not change the 29.99 per month plus 39.99 single connection costs. The answer was that all is included. No matter if I told him, about the 120 bill (first bill) I will receive this month from O2.

But the most important part from your email if I read is that there might be a possibility if I can get a withdrawal confirmation of the store. Is this correct?

yes, sure. If the shop accepts to withdraw from the contracts, we are willing to cancel the contracts at once.
