sorry for the delay.
You´ve already picked up the package, the only way to cancel the order is to return it to us.
If you still want to cancel the order, please navigate to this site:
https://logistik.telefonica.de/o2
Just enter the details, book the "Retoure" and use the Retourenlabel to send it straight back to us 🙂
