I ordered SIM card with smartphone. I got SIM card some days ago. But O2 sent smartphone with DHL. I wrote to DHL that I can't get and asked delivering to my neighbor. But DHL sent my order back to O2. How can I get back my order?

If they've sent it back, we need to arrange the shipping again. If you have the confirmation that we received it back, you could re-order it immediately on our homepage. Make sure you order it without another SIM:
