Why people in O2 shops are too un friendly.

I am quite new to Berlin, I ordered DSL for my home online and I seriously regret for ordering online. I would definitely not recommend anyone who doesn't know German to do so.

Problems I faced,
  • You can never reach customer care as everything is in german. They expect you to key in some details.
  • All O2 shops simply gave me customer care number and denied to help saying they do not have any info about the users who book online. All I got was customer care hotline number which is again in German.
Is there any way to reach customer care in English?
Also, is there any email address for customer care? I think this is the easiest way to reach out or communicate especially for people like me who doesnt know german.

Sorry to say that, but in Eypt and England I also could not reach a german speaking supporter. 😉
Right, there is absolutely no DSL-competence in shops. Email-support is no available. Therefore you must try to call the hotline and to get an english speaking employee. Or chat or this forum or whatever for an support channel.
