Umzung in den Wohnheim, Techniker Termin

Hello O2,

I have been recently moved to Wohnheim. I have two problems regarding the moving process.

1. The doorbell or mailbox does not label my name. Vistors who want to ring my bell need to input my room number instead. 

My Neue Anschlussadresse on O2 display as follow:

xxxx, Postleitzahl xxxxx, MFH_VHS 2.OG

However, my Neue Anschlussadresse suppose to be

xxxx, Postleitzahl xxxxx, App. 0208



I am afraid that the Techniker cannot find me since the Neue Anschlussadresse is not accurate and the doorbell does not label my name.



2. The Techniker Termin is 08:00~12:00



However, after talking to my Hausmeister. He said that he can only be here between 10am-3pm Montag~Freitag. Is it possible to schedule the appointment after 10am? No matter the morning Termin or afternoon Termin. The Techniker may miss the Hausmeister office hour. 



3. During input the data, O2 also asked me to provide contact information of Vormieter who install landline phone in the room. However, I am sure that I am the first one who installs landline phone in this room. What should I do?

Hi,

1. That´s a great problem. If your name not at bell or mailbox how the technican will find you ? Only way in my opinion ist that you wait for the technican in front of your building.

2. You can told o2 that you need a new termin in a different time window but in my opinion the technican from the landline provider (not o2) offers only 3 time windows - 8 -12 a.m,, 12 - 16 or 8 - 16.

3. If there no one befor have a landline connection there is no problem the technican can connect you. If there be a lanline connection before maybe the technican don´t need to visit you because he can connect youre line only at the distributor. 

If there no landline befor the technican must find the right line in the house distrebutor an test the connection in your appartment.
