Dear O2 Community,
I have a DSL contract O2 my Home S Plus which I purchased through check24.com. When I made this contract, I used to live in Kriftel but now I have moved to Heimchenweg, Frankfurt am Main. I have already tried for a move request through O2 website but it shows my contract is not available in my new address. So, I sent the Umzugsauftrag O2 DSL form by post to the adrress mentioned in the form about one week back and still waiting for a response. I do not have any internet for more than 15 days in my new place and desperately seeking for a solution.

the move of your DSL connection is confirmed to May 6th 2019. So you will get all further information by email.

    O2 provides the same performance like o2:
    ist mit bis zu 250 MBit/s im Download und bis zu 40 MBit/s im Upload verfügbar
    Maybe a unknown house?
