Transfer Account (English)

Hallo!

 

I'm sorry, my German isn't very good, so I'm posting this message in English.  I recently moved to a new apartment and the previous tennants had a DSL account with o2.  Before they left, we filled out and mailed you a form to transfer their account to me.  Their router in the apartment, but it does not seem to be connected to the internet.  The Power, WLAN and DSL lights are all green, but the Internet light is red.  I'm guessing that I need to somehow initialize the transfered account on my computer, but I do not have account information.

 

If you could direct me to an email address or phone number where I could get some assistance in English, I would greatly appreciate it.

Please dial the 0800 525 13 78 (for free), thats not an english hotline but with a bit luck the person speaks english, and if not ask for a Callback, they will dial your number later.

 

As an advice from me: Plug in the (yellow) LAN Cable between the Router and the PC that you have a good connection for the installation.

 

Would you please give us a little feedback later, that we (or i) know that it worked?

from this Monday, I met exactly same problem. so far I don't know how to solve it. did you solve it? or somebody knows what's the problem, please tell us. Thanks in advance.

I haven't had any luck.  I've tried calling several numbers, but I cannot reach someone who speaks English.  I don't know what to do.

 

If anyone knows of a number where there is someone who speaks English, please post!
