Telephone not working after relocation

Hello
I had relocated from Hamburg to Friedrichshafen. I had requested for transfer of my O2 connection. However after the service technician's visit the internet alone works not my landline phone. Could you resolve the issue?

    @thiyapr did you have a O2 Homebox? If yes, did you have reset the Homebox and enter the Voip Pin?

    I have a Fritz Box 7430... Any solutions??

    @thiyapr Please save your configuration and phonebook from your Fritzbox. Be sure that your Fritzbox have firmware 7.01 or higher.
    If not update your box.
    Than make a reset to default (Werkseinstellungen), Login in the Box again, use the internal configuration guide (Einrichtungsassistenten) from the Fritzbox and configure the box with the profile o2. In this steps the Box get the new sip data for phone automatically.
