O2 DSL slow

Hello O2,

I have DSL S contract. My DSL is too slow. Many times I see speed as low as 4Mbps.

I have never seen speed of 25Mbps as per my contract. Maximum i see the speed of 10Mbps.

This is with LAN Cable and same with WIFI also.

Moderators can you please help me.
