No DSL light after activation

Hello, my German is not so good so I am writing in English.

My o2 DSL technician came and verified the line on 13/03/2018. He said the DSL light will be blinking after the line activation. Online portal shows my DSL line is now activated. But still the DSL light is not blinking in my device and I am not able to setup the internet connection.
Please resolve my problem soon, because I am waiting for internet for one month.
