Info light green, all othe lights green, deutsche telekom homepage

Hi,

All lights of my router (HomeBox 6641) are green, including the info light. When I try to connect to Internet I receive a deutsche telekom webpage saying "Dieser Internetanschluss ist zur Zeit nicht aktiv". I wonder whether this is a configuration problem or I have to wait for a technician to come and fix the line or switch it.

I have tried several times to disconnect all cables and connect them again, I also have tried a factory reset but nothing helped.

Thank you,
Aitor

Hello @aitor4p,
you asked the same question already in this thread from the 2nd of May and this one from the 3rd of May. It is neither necessary nor desired to open several threads with the same issue.
You need to contact the DSL technical department regarding this issue. That is nothing that could be solved via this forum or via something that you can do yourself.
If you do not contact them, there will be no change.
If you do not speak any german at all I recommend to call with a friend of yours who does so since we can not promise that you will reach an english speaking agent.
Regards,
Lars

You get a wrong connection.
You should contact the DSL Hotline
Störungsannahme
O2 DSL Telefon
0800 52 51 37 8 Kostenfrei
Tell them that you are connected to the Telekom and not to the O2 line!
Or you have to wait for @o2_DSL ...

The provision of the connection was not successful. Please call the service hotline at 08005251378 when you are at the router.
