DSL online installation - I can't conclude the installation

Hi, I'd like to register my disappointment here after trying without success to contact O2 by phone. I purchased a DSL package in o2 and first I Was Told That a technician would come to my flat to install something. It was supposed to be today but no one came. Than I Entered into my account and apparently I did not need the visit and My DLS is ready to be installed (lost a day in my work but okay). Than the CD does not work on Mac. I follow the instruction to type o2.box or type 192.168.1.1 in my browser, HOWEVER It does not conclude the installation (apparently the DSL light is not blinking, but all the cables are connected). I do not know what to do! I tried to call and someone told That Could not help and would open a request to the DLS department call me ... No calls until now. Honestly I just join O2 as a client and I ' m really really disappointed. I would like to solve this problem and conclude my installation ... but I Followed all procedures and it does not work.
