DSL Not working


Hello,My Internet Connection is not working since last two days. I tried to call O2 customer care but it is german so i could not reach tech support team . Please see the picture below. The DSL light is off since two days. Could you help me please?

as far as I can see you already contacted our technical department. They are still working on this but I am sure it will be fixed soon :-)

Well... DSL light is off.i checked couple of times restarting the router but it didn't help

than you lost the dsl signal...
So you need assistans from o2...
@o2_DSL Könnt Ihr bitte mal schauen was mit dem Anschuss ist?
you email for this forum is the same from the o2 contract?

@Sandhya ähh DSL cabel (gray) is connected to the gray socked of the router and to the phone wall socked?

Yes thats right DSL cabel is connected to the gray socket and to the phone wall socket.

and yes my email ID used for this forum is same as my O2 contract.
