The technician was here in my apartment yesterday morning to install DSL. He said that everything was ok and left.

So far I can not access the internet ... the signal in the modem is still blinking.

How do I know if my line was really activated?

Hello @Gui,
in this case I can only recommend to contact the technical DSL departement. It is possible that the technician connected a wrong line and so you do not recieve a signal on the router.
If you do not speak any german I suggest to call with a friend of yours who does so since we can not promise that you will reach an english speaking agent.

The message in my fritz!box 7530 is: DSL Verbindung unterbrochen.

i already called the o2 support, but the technician only talks in German.
A friend called there and they said that the line is working.

Hi @o2_Lars thank you for the answer. I am pretty sure the problem is technical because I went to a friends house and tested my router there and it could find dsl signal. I friend of mine , on Saturday, called the technical department and they opened a ticket number XXXXXXXXXX, but today they asked again to call them to solve the problem. Can’t they send quickly a technician to solve it? We already have the ticket open, we did all the procedures on Saturday to proof the problem is not at our home or equipment, what they want more?

@o2_Lars can’t you help us to schedule an appointment with the technician for us, any day at anytime, please?

the technical departement tried to reach you for an apointment with the technician. So please just call them back so a date can be arranged. Unfortunately we do not have the possibility to do so here in this community, sorry.
