Contract Cancelation

Hi

I have a DSL O2 Home L Flex contract and I want to cancel it.

I started the cancellation process through the website account on Sunday (24/03/19).

Today (within the lapse of 10 days) I called the hotline for the cancellation confirmation. I was guided by a lovely English customer agent which redirected me to the cancellation department, which made wait for 45 minutes and then hanged the phone.

Can someone please help me cancelling my flex contract?

Ich habe einen DSL O2 Home L Flex-Vertrag und möchte ihn stornieren.

Ich habe den Stornierungsprozess über das Website-Konto am Sonntag (24.03.19) gestartet.

Heute (innerhalb von 10 Tagen) rief ich die Hotline an, um die Stornierungsbestätigung zu erhalten. Ich wurde von einem netten englischen Kundenagenten geleitet, der mich zur Stornierungsabteilung weiterleitete, die 45 Minuten warten ließ und dann das Telefon auflegte.

Kann mir bitte jemand helfen, meinen Flex-Vertrag zu kündigen?

I had a look into this, according to our data you reaching someone on the 24th and the deactivation of your contract will happen on the 30th of April.

Try to call again tomorrow not at rush hour times. I prefer 9-11 am.

Try again. 5pm is not the best time. A lot of people return from work. Did you leave Germany or you only cancel contract because you are moving in Germany? Alternative you can send a fax too. But I prefer the verify phone call, because you start the process.

I'm cancelling because I'm moving with someone that has already O2 in the flat, so I don't need my home internet any longer. Will try again. ✌🏻

Called again today, they don't have English speaker people in the cancellation department. I guess I will have to ask a friend for help.
