Confused about o2 Billing! Why is it Different for different Months?

My first billing was done on 07.02.2019 which was 79.01 Euros which includes installation charges as well. 19.99 for firt 7 months and after 29.99 and installation charges were 40 euros. When the bill came it has following entries:

Monthly charges = 24.3886 €
Additional services = 42,0084 €
VAT 19% (66,3970 €) = 12,6154 €

Now I do not understand why the billing is done for € 24.3886? and why is Additional Charges more than 40 plus VAT?

And for next months again the billing is done differently as:

february
Basic fees (monthly) 25,2016 €
Reductions / credit -3.2529 €
Invoice amount (excluding VAT) 21.9487 €
VAT 19% (21,9487 €) 4,1703 €
Balances from the previous month (including VAT) -49.9900 €

march
Basic fees (monthly) 25,2016 €
Reductions / Credit -8.4034 €
Invoice amount (excluding VAT) 16,7982 €
VAT 19% (16,7782 €) 3,1917 €
Balances from the previous month (including VAT) -23.8700 €

What is going on really? I can not seem to understand billing!

The package is 19.99 for first 7 months.

Please someone from O2 help here,

Hello @SikandarChishty,
I had a look into this. The rebate of ten Euros was acitaved a little bitz later after the activation of the contract but will, of course, run for six months.
PLease excuse the delay in the activation of the rebate but be assured that it will run the full six months that it should. Should the contract be terminated to an earlier date please don't hesitate and reach out to us here in the forum, we will fix this for you :-)

PLease excuse the delay in the activation of the rebate but be assured that it will run the full six months that it should. Should the contract be terminated to an earlier date please don't hesitate and reach out to us here in the forum, we will fix this for you :-)
