Zugangs-PIN is incorrect


Today there was a technician came to connect my router to o2 network. Everything was fine and the red light on what. 
I can connect to the router, set the password and comes the step of entering access PIN. I typed in Correctly The Number I received before, but it is incorrect and does not let me access. I tried all the browsers, even on the phone but nothing works. 
I have no idea what is the problem?

Hi there, I am facing same problem. Though I am entering the Access PIN from order confirmation, it's not accepting.

How to solve the problem?

Hi vwakade,

as I see a connection could be established  now. When you've tried it before, the activation was unfortunately not yet completed.
