I need to terminate my O2 contract. I have already filled up the termination form and sent it using a third party service. It initiated the process at March end.
I did receive a call regarding the extension of my contract, which I declined. But, I haven't received any confirmation e-mail regarding the same and I can't find any information online.
Can you please let me know when my contract would be terminated?
