Hello, My contract has ended and my number has got deactivated. However I would like to renew my contract by 24 months.
Please can you help me with this. It is not working online on my 02 account as it says there are some issues with my Customer data.

Hi,
i don´t know if it is possible to reactivate your contract or if you need to sign a new one. For help contact the custormer hotline by phone or live chat, or wait here for few weeks, or walk to an o2 shop.
