Red info light and wrong zugangs pin

I have been suffering this problem for a whole month. No internet, no useful solution from O2. The employees from O2 service can only say there have no solution or just let me reset my router which I have tried hundreds of times. They have send me a new router and yet the new router is still not working.

There must be either problem with me line connection or my PIN number. I have been waiting for a whole month without internet so please send somebody to my apartment to see if we can figure this problem out
