Porting failure, reasons unclear

Hello,

I'm trying to port one of my numbers to another provider. I have followed the procedure, received the email and SMS from you, but still the porting is failing and I can't see any reason from here. Can you please tell what went wrong?

Hello there!

There is no indication for a failed transfer request.
The export is set for the 18th of June, 2019, according to our data (08.06.19, 11:26 am)
