Paying since february for DSL with NO Internet ACCESS


I have been paying for DSL Internet to o2 since February 2019 and have had no accesss whatsoever.

I ma using a Fritzbox 7490, which shows a blinking power light and also no internet. This means that the DSL does not exist. I have performed factory resets, I have tried all possible solutions and I am paying monthly to o2 for internet which is not possible.

I have been in contact with o2 since February with no one assisting me to resolve this.

@why1982 You have now 4 months this problems? To long time. Did you have ever call the O2 DSL technical hotline and have make a ticket, because you don’t have a (V)DSL sync. Hotline number is 0800 52 51 37 8
No one at o2 has helped me adequately. I need a technician to come and fix this but o2 are unresponsive.

I can see that you have contacted us yesterday already, and my colleagues have noted and forwarded the issues regarding your dsl connection to our technical department. I hope it all can be resolved soon.
