Operator changed from Base/Eplus to O2 - Bill higher

Dear Service Team,

I don't why and how my contract has been changed to O2.

Now you are taking more money from me without my consent, is it legal? Are you allowed to do it?

I had a contract with Base/Eplus where I used to pay 7,50 euro  on an average.

Now you are just charging according to your wish. sometimes double, sometimes tripple of the actual amount.

Please explain why? I would request immediately refund the money which you charged extra. Also please synchronise the contract I had previously.

If you don't, I swear, you will have tough time. I already talked to my lawyer and he is ready to sue you.
