I got my O2 DSL connection established last week.
I have Fritzbox 7390.
DSL connection seems OK when I look from the user interface of the modem. But none of my computer and smart phones have internet.
I tried everything declared in Fritzbox webpage.

how can I solve this problem? Where can I ask for help?

Hello @adsahin01,
to cut a long story short: You need a new router.
The Fritzbox that you are using works good on ADSL connections and on non vectoring VDSL connections. Since you now are conneted to a vectoring port (to reach the speed that you ordered) you will experience many issues with this router regarding the stability of the connection. I had a look at it and saw what I already assumed. There are many connection losses, the line is extremly unstable.
The reason for this is that the modem in the Fritzbox 7390 is simply not suited for vectoring connections. If you want to continue using a Fritzbox you can rent one from us, of course you can also buy one on the free market. I'd suggest the Fritzbox 7530 since this model has a moderate price and also supports the new supervectoring ports that offer up to 250MBit/s.
Regards,
Lars
