O2 Dsl Homebox not working--- No info light and internet light


Hi All,

My O2 dsl connection is not working since morning. It was working till last night but since morning there is no light in INFO and Internet . I had restarted the router but still no light in Info and Internet .
Power, Wifi and DSL all are having permanent green light.

Please let me know if nyone is aware about the problem

Hello,
if the dsl light is on there is a "link" from router to DSLAM.
You should call
O2 DSL Telefon
0800 52 51 37 8 free of charge
You could try a off/on reset, pleas wait 60 sec. be for turn on again.
Are you able to connect to the router ( http://o2.box ).

Yes i am able to connect to http://o2.homebox and can login into it.
Inside internet it is showing - no internet connection
