Never O2 again


Never order O2 in my life again. I recently moved from London Munich. I tot O2 is the same stranded here too, but it's really bad service comparing to London O2, I payed 75 Euros more thank one moth waiting for the connection, they send Router the DSL line never worked two Engineer did debugging and testing no solution since the activation date. They already charged me from my bank, when I call customer service they play basketball with me saying that we don't speak English, still I am waiting this to solve because I have trapped I can not cancel the contract, they said I have signed the contact,
The question to O2 and this Community, What kind of service is this I really don't understand, I can cancel, I don't have internet and phone line but I have to pay every month

please see below when I talk to the customer service they simply exit without anything.
the guy agreed they sent me wrong sms and wrong number
I really don't know whom to talk and how to solve this ??????

Thats the default service in Germany due to government regulation, provided by Angela Merkel. 😉
Without internet&phone you get back the money. Such technical problems are provider independent and o2 is not able to fix such issues. The problem seems to be in die sub-provider-infrastructure.
