I have a Home Box 6641 that has the red "Info" light on. The DSL light is green and the WLAN light is green, but we have no internet. I have reset the box several times and unplugged it as well. When I try and unlock the box it says that my Zugangs-pin isn't correct even though I am copying it directly from the order confirmation. I would like to be able to unlock my home box as soon as possible please. Who should I contact about this?
