Hello, I don't understand why my monthly rate is not the same. Can someone explain why I paid 27.0€ last month, and am paying 29.90€ this month? Yet, my Internet usage remains below? I didn't make such a contract with O2. I am disappointed! I need an explanation.

the monthly rate is not always the same. The rental rate is the same (but also discounts are temporary) but there can also be further costs depending on what you consume.
Here the reason is that you had the young people benefit, but that was deleted because you did not send in your verification and so your contract was changed to the normal tariff again.
