My 10 Euro charge is consumed after exactly charging it, unless I have no automatic settings and configurations!
I'm really sad of this inconvinient happenings and I think most probably is because of my poor German understanding and cann't completely understand what is going on in my profile!
now I booked smartphone package of prepaid 1.5 S data and it's waiting for charge!

the o2 My Prepaid S Pack was activated August 27th. Then the pack was deactivated in the online selfcare section, maybe this was unintended. Then you booked it again, but at this time, there was no credit left, so it went to the queue.
I now deactivatetd that pack in the queue and booked a new one for you. You can use it until September 25th (28 days).
