Location Changed | Received New Router | Need technical help to install it at my new address please


Dear o2 team,

I have changed my address and have also the router with me. Can I please get some technical help so that I can get it start working? I connected it and started it but it is not able to connect to internet it seems. I would need a technician appointment/help from your end please.

Can you please help me on that? I tried to do this using my online o2 account but when I click on 'Umzug' it says that an order is already under process.

Please help me so that I can start using my DSL connection.

You can´t access internet before your line is also moved to the new adress.

Thanks a lot for the response! Any advise on how can I request for that please? Because I tried to request for technician's appointment via 'Umzug' in my online o2 account - But it says' an order is already in process'....So.....And I cant see any orders under 'My letters o2' as well. So I was not sure how to request for an appointment.
