internet is very unstable

I would like to be contacted in English as well, as we requested to have an upgrade to the best internet you offer, the improvement from the previous category was none, the internet is very unstable and every time I call they tell me it's all goo, but it is obviously not, otherwise I wouldn't call at all, I think the kind of routers used are too cheap and that makes the connection unstable and unreliable the whole time.

I work from home and NEED a reliable internet connection, every time I am sharing my screen it freezes and when I am using my IP phone to call, they can't hear me or I can't hear them, which is affecting my work big time!

Please send a technician or provide me with a different router otherwise I will need to cancel my service and change provider.
