how to stop my sim

Hello, my husband O2 phone is stolen in Paris and since he can’t access to his mail or we can’t find any phone number to call, he can’t stop his SIM card. Can anyone tell us how to stop the SIM please?

Hope you have Username and password for mein O2. Than you stop the SIM card by yourself. (Simkarte sperren)

thank you for the quick reply. The problem is it’s his work phone and he can’t access to the email (for the password) till Tuesday. Any number we can call? And they speak English?

Did he have a private tariff or a business tariff. Did you have hotline password? This Is a 4 digit number. Call

0176 888 55 282

You husband never made for a PRIVATE tariff a user account. Never check his bill?

i rang that number you told me but it said there is no connection on this number. Any other numbers do you know?
He just got the phone and his secretary did the resistraions since he doesn’t speak German.... and his secretary is not picking the phone.

But I think your husband use a business tariff. Than use this number down. I think that the people speak English but I don’t know what they want know for security to stop the simcard.
