DSL - Internet too slow


hello,

I have shifted to new place, got new router from 02. From last 2 months the internet is too slow, sometimes it gets disconnected and then again same . Even can't make a skype call. I have called and got ticket raised for this - (Ticket number 6326867), I got SMS to call them on 08005251378, but everytime I call them i have to wait for 20-30 minutes. This is really strange that I have raised issue and o2 is not calling to get this resolved.

Please help, neither only option I have left is to cancel the contract. I was using 02 from last 3 years.
