DSL Homebox 6441: No DSL or Internet Light in router, post connection

The technician came today to verify everything and made the proper connections.

He confirmed that we should be able to connect now

 

However the Internet does not work. The router displays only below lights:

1. Power : Green

2. WLAN: Green

3. LAN: Green (when connected to Laptop, otherwise remains off)

4. DSL --> NO LIGHT

5. INTERNET --> NO LIGHT.

 

Router Model: Homebox 6441

 

The internet does not connect at all.

 

Can someone please help me what to do?

 

I tried to connect cables again, Install softwares again, change PIN, Factory reset of Modem. But still nothing works.

 

I tried to call contact centre multiple times over the last few days, but because i  dont know Deutsche and no one there speaks English, we unable to get in touch with anyone there.
