DSL Connection not Working


The specialist came to activate the DSL signal and connection yesterday, and it still not working... I have tried to reset the modem, change the cable, reconfigure using the mobile app, the pc software and the o2.box, Unfortunately nothing worked. what should I do?

Are you able to enter the PIN code at the Startup page of the o2.box?
Could you tell us what the LED are doing (on, off, blinking). Important are DSL, Internet and Info (for the first). If DSL is off there is no connection vom the homebox to distribution box.
If DSL is blinking they are unable to connect. If DSL is on there is a "physical connection" to the distribution box.
So Important is LED Status an are you able to enter the PIN on the homebox webpage.
the power is on, the WLAN in on and the DSL is blinking, the others are all off. I cannot use the PIN on the o2.box because it says to check my wiring connection. the modem model is O2 HomeBox 6741
Hello @Victor Vieira as i told you. Blink is not bad but even not good enough!
There is no synchronization between the Router and the DSLAM (distribution box).
Pleas call 08005251378 you should have access to the router. In case the aske you to have action on the router.
And if you are not able to speak German is would be helpful to have some that could speak it.
Hello, thanks a lot for the tips. I have tried everything, even a friend of mine called to the support and nothing was really achieved ... My friend said the eletronic support told that there is a problem and they are working to fix it, but they did not say when it is going to be fixed... My desire is to cancel everything and hire another company.
There is a problem with the Connection that have to solved by a technician.
Please be patient, they will fix it. May be @o2_DSL are able to estimate the duration.
In any case a new provider will take longer. And any xDSL provider is dependent from the Telekom.

I recommend to contact our technical DSL departement as soon as possible if the connection is still not running. As soon as the ticket is opened for this issue all necessary steps will be taken to have your DSL connection up abnd running as soon as possible.
If you do not speak any german at all I recommend to call with a friend of yours who does so since we can not promise that you will reach an english speaking agent.

well I have tried already with a friend and the eletronic machine told him that, there is a problem, and ended the call. I do not know what to do anymore... Is there any other way to contact O2 in order to have help? email, chat online? Is there a way to call and press a number to go directly to the atendent? thank a lot for the help.

as far as I can see you already reached our technical department and an apointment for a technician was arranged. I am sure the DSL connection will be up and running soon :-)
