Double billing

I am Barry Person, kunden # xxxxxx.  I extended my contract and was supposed to get a tablet for doing that.  No tablet came.  O2 cut off my handy number 0176xxxxx595 and sent me two new sim chips, 0176-xxxxx049.  The new bill shows me paying for O2  blue xs and O2 blue all-in one.  I only have one handy.  The blue xs needs to come off the bill and where is my tablet?

EDIT: call number shorted. Data protection.

Hi personbarry,

your XS Online tariff with the numbers 595 at the end isn´t cancelt. It is still working. There was also no active extension made, only a automatically extension from September 2015 for the next 12 month.

You got only one new sim card. Its an new contract from the 15th December 2015. Its an All-In L tarrif without a tablet.

Your thirt contract is a Blue Basic Kombi Tarif with a seperate invoice and costumer number. The contract is from August 2014.

I´m sorry but the information about your contract extention and a tablet for free is wrong. A cancellation is unfortunatley not possible, because you use your new contract more than 14 days.

Regards,

Marc
