Deactivation of sky entertainment monatsticket bei o2

Hello,
I have the O2 sky entertainment monatsticket activated and I have been charged 9 euros for it in my previous invoice. I haven't subscribed for it and I don't need it. I want to remove it from my pack if possible in the current invoice itself if not I want it to be removed from my next invoice. Please suggest how to remove it.

Hi @Ram99,

you can deactivate the monthly Sky Entertainment Ticket in your Mein o2 account:

When you go to the Tarif und Vertrag section, you can find the option Aktive Optionen für alle Geräte. By clicking on "Option bearbeiten" you can edit that option.
On the following page further down, you will find the Sky Enterainment Ticket again and by clicking on "Jetzt abbestellen" you will cancel this option.
