About contract cancellation

Hello ,

  My name is XXXXXX XXXXXX. My birthdate is XX.XX.XXXX. I am using O2 postapaid service since last 2,5 years. My cell number is 0176XXXXX344. My current contract ends in 2017. I am student from University of Duisburg Essen. I have just completed my studies so in this month i.e. Jan 2016 I am permanently shifting to my home country India. Therefore I want to cancel my this contract..

   So can you please tell me the procedure to cancel my contract ?

Hallo @kdshirkemech‌,

therefore I am going to send you a form which you have to fill out and send back to us with all needed documents.

The normal way is that you need to apply for the pre-cancellation. Afterwards the company decides if you can cancel your contract or not. Afterwards you have to pay the normal charge of 3 months to end the contract.

Now I am going to send you the needed forms to your e-mail address.
