About cancellation of my o2 Mobile phone contract.

Now I left Germany in February 21th 2016 and live in my country.

I sent the cancellation letter to the following address with my signature and a abmelden document expecting that this contract was going to be finished as soon as possible in February 21th 2016.

By the way the contract is still in progress. Since the day I sent the mail, my money from my bank account have kept being paid to your company

I have two measures I want you to take.

One. Cancel the contract right now.
